EBAY, as you all know is basically a website to buy and sell items so it is essential to write a very good description of what you want to sell or need to buy. They include some hints about this which you may find interesting to read and then use in your essays, compositions, etc as thay are practical and easy to use.
This is their advice:

Your listing's title and description are your advertisement; an opportunity to inform and excite buyers. A good title and description provides a clear picture of your item, which increases your chances that buyers will find and bid on or buy your item.

    Hi there!
It's been ages since I haven't popped in for a visit: my apologies. The only excuse is that I took a short break after the exams; I did need it, I tell you...
What I wanted to say is that I'm a regular at Ebay and those tips and hints you're given on their pages for beginners are really useful. I use them for my ads and they work! You get a lot more of visits and biddings if you just take into account those simple rules the guy on the video is talking about.

And one more thing: THANK YOU SO MUCH for this blog. It's been great help so as to practise our writing and to share our views on the topics in the units. It's also been a wonderful way to feel more sort of 'connected' to you Lucía and the 'classmates'. Congrats for a great work and keep it going!! ;)

Good summer holidays for you all!!

  2. Thanks Inma for your comments! And thanks Lucía too!! My intention from the very begining was to take more part in this blog but, as may may noticed, it has been completly impossible... Thanks Lucía for keeping this project alive!!
